Quotes- “For before he loved Juliet, Romeo had loved her. And now the sweet, lovesick boy was dead.” The reason that this quote is important is because it talks about the past, before Rosaline and Benvolio. Rosaline was thinking about Romeo, her family member, and that he died for love. “I'd rather be a servant until the day I die than be the wife of a Montague.” This quote is important because it talks about the two families. “This is madness, Friar. I know not why you perform a wedding between a Capulet and Montague.
Rosaline! Because I have performed far too many funerals with both your families this summer and who's to say that love won't succeed where violence has failed?” This quote is about Juliet trying to save the two families from bloodshed.
History- This book is fiction, but is based off the famous play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. The text in written like how people would talking during the 1500s.

Our books could be similar in the aspect of someone is running from their past or how they are being hunted down. Especially since Romeo was exiled and then returned to eventually meet his death similar to John Wilkes Booth after got captured
